Shipping guidelines

 

Each order is carefully packed by hand and shipped with the utmost care. We ship using climate-friendly methods with DHL and UPS.

 

Shipping within Germany is a flat rate of €4.90. Free shipping on orders over €50. Delivery time is 3-5 business days.

 

Shipping costs within Europe (EU) are €4.90. Free shipping on orders over €50. Delivery time is 5-10 business days.

 

Switzerland & Norway: Flat shipping rate €16.00. Delivery time 7-14 business days. Customs fees and local taxes may apply.

Import duties are levied on the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

 

United Kingdom shipping fee: €13.00. Delivery time: 7-14 working days. Due to Brexit, customs duties and UK import taxes will be charged to the recipient.

 

International shipping fee: €22.00. Delivery time: 10-21 business days. Customs duties and local import taxes are levied by the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

 

All orders are usually processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Our products are shipped in sustainable packaging.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

 

The purchase price will be refunded after receipt and inspection of the goods. Shipping and return costs are not covered.

 

Personalized products, embossing, and custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Natural characteristics of the leather, such as scars, creases, or color variations, are not considered manufacturing defects and are also non-returnable.
